If you cancel your registration within 24 hours after registration on this website, you will automatically receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the registration fee. The remaining amount will be retained to cover expenses for processing your registration and holding space in our database.
Cancellation & Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 30 – 45 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited directly to the original Bank / Credit Card account used for payment.

Cash refunds are not available.

Refunds are processed excluding GST. Taxes are non-refundable.

No interest is payable on refunded amounts.
Additional Conditions

Refunds will not be provided if proper registration procedures are not followed or required identification documents are not submitted.

In case of accidental overcharging, users must notify the Help & Support Team immediately. The excess amount will be refunded to the original account within 45 working days.

Services will not be activated until full payment is received.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall first be resolved amicably by contacting the Help Center at support@primescareer.com.

Unresolved disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the District Court, Gurgaon, Haryana (India).
